By closing the deal, you have agreed that the product will be properly used and is solely for personal use only and shall exercise the right to credit Graymatter Illustrations if the product is to be reproduced commercially. This includes sharing royalties and other credits from the product. Commercial reproduction without consent is punishable by law. If a customer wishes to commercially reproduce a product, they may pay Graymatter Illustrations for commercial usage rights. Graymatter Illustrations can not reproduce a product without consent from the proper owners. This includes reproduction for portfolio, public usage and commercial usage.

Return and Cancellation Terms and Conditions

A customer may only return a product if:
a. The product is damaged and is beyond repair,
b. The product was not used or reproduced or exposed to any audience but the customers themselves,
c. others*

A customer may cancel a product if:
a. The product has not reached 50% of progress
b. The product is to be replaced entirely*
c. The customer has not exposed the incomplete project to any outside members of the party.
