By buying my commissions in any way you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

I. GENERAL TERMS.
•Please have any references ready before commissioning me, and if you lack visual references, be very descript about what you would like.

•Rude behavior will not be tolerated! If I do something wrong in your art, please inform me politely, I am happy to fix my mistakes but not if you are rude and impatient.

II. PAYMENT.
ALL payment will be done after the mockup sketch has been provided for you to review. Once approved you'll be provided to pay before any further progress is made. I accept Paypal payment in USD.

III. PROCESS.
Sketches will be provided to the commissioner but any other progress is not provided unless asked for.
The time of your commission will usually take no longer than a month. (Be aware life issues may slow down my ability to find time to draw.)
Keep that in mind when commissioning me.
IV. SATISFACTION
I will insure to the best of my ability to fulfill your commission to your standard, and will happily make small edits after completion if required. However, my style may not be for everyone and if you are wanting me to change my style or redraw large portions post completion, I suggest finding another artist.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
While I am unlikely to use commissions for myself, please be aware that I can and will sometimes use my art for my portfolio to;

Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display and post as I please.
(The only art I don't publicly share are NSFW art that requires extra fees)

The commissioner is allowed to use the art;
For personal uses, such as solo printing, framing, displaying and even posting to gallery sites. (Long as artist credit is provided.)

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

VI.CANCELLING/REFUNDING

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission me ever again.
