Contact will mainly be through email or private messaging.

I will expect partial payment up front with remaining payment upon completion of the piece.
I reserve the right to decline a commission before initial payment has been received and at any time following with refund of initial payment.

Client reserves the right to ask for changes at certain points in the progress of requested piece.
Client reserves the right to back out of commission at any point before sending initial payment with no cost to themselves and after sending initial payment with knowledge that a refund will not be sent due to cost of materials and labor already put into the piece.

In the case a client backs out of a commission after initial payment has been sent, I reserve all rights to the unfinished artwork.
