1.0 Payment
1.1 - All payments will be done via PayPal. You will be expected to pay half of the commission(50%) as down payment.
1.2 - Payment will always be at 50% progress of the commission.The remaining price of the commission must be paid at the halfway point of the commission’s completion (The remaining 50%). You will be notified at this time to complete your payment.
1.2.a If you are commissioning a sketch, it must be paid in full (100%) before any work begins.
1.3 - When your artwork is completed, please note that Paypal may send you a ‘shipped’ notification for the invoice. This is subject to change, please view Paypal’s policies and procedures for clarification.
1.4 - For example,
1.4.a - Lineart will be paid in full when the sketch is ready for the lineart stage.
1.4.b - Flats and hard shadings will be paid in full when the lineart is ready for colors.> 1.4.c - Painterly will be paid in full once the sketch/colors are ready for rendering.
1.5 Cryptocurrenies, check, or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
2.0 Refunds
2.1 - If at any point of the commission cannot continue (either you have canceled the commission or I have canceled your commission), I may request a reason for these changes. In most cases, I will require at least some of the payment to cover what work has already been finished.
2.2 You understand that I am allowed to cancel any commission, at anytime, for any reason. You will be notified if I need to cancel your commission.
2.3 - No refund will be given after the completed artwork has been delivered.
3.0 Waiting Time & Delivery
3.1 - The approximate time for me to complete your commission can vary. However, the current expected wait time is around 2~4 weeks. This is subject to change based on complexity of the work or unexpected interruptions. I will always complete your piece as soon as I am able.
3.1.a - Your waiting time will begin after I have accepted your commission and have begun to work, not at the time of first contact or commission inquiry
.> 3.1.b - The typical turnaround time for sketch and/or progress updates can vary anywhere from a few hours to a week or two.
3.1.c - This heavily depends on the client's response time when discussing things that need changing etc, the amount of detail in the artwork, and if I'm in the right mindset.
3.2 - The client will be notified if something comes up on my end, if it will extend the waiting period.
3.3 - At the end, the client will receive signed .PNG files, and/or .JPEG files

4.0 Rights of Usage
4.1 - I reserve the right to use my artwork in my portfolios or as material to promote myself.
4.1.a You may opt out of this. If you want your piece to be private, I will not post nor use it as material to promote myself. See Commission Form.The Commission Form will provide this opt-out option.
4.2 - Clients may use their pieces as illustrations for their RPs, avatars, profiles, references, they may be cropped, re-uploaded (but please credit/link me! And DO NOT REMOVE THE SIGNATURE)
4.3 - Clients may also print out the artwork for personal use, such as if they wish to hang it in their home. Just let me know from the beginning so I can make it at the proper resolution.
4.4 - You may not finish my sketch, or color/shade my lineart.
4.5 - You may not have another artist finish my sketch, or color/shade my lineart.
4.6 - If you are not the client, you may not under any circumstance edit and/or re-upload my art, credit or no credit.
4.7 - Under no circumstances may you use my artwork for NFT, AI training/usage or commercial use.

5.3 - Complete the form and submit it. ( Point 8.0 )
5.4 - I’ll review it and get back to you and let you know if I’m fit for it.5.5 - You will receive updates as I progress and/or change things.
5.6 - At the end you may/may not receive a 'shipped' e-mail for the PayPal invoice, and signed .PNG files or. JPEG files. (This will depend on how PayPal decides to change their site/invoice forms.)
6.0 Will Draw | Won't Draw
6.1 - I am able and willing to draw the following:
6.1.a - Any Gender, race, color and hair texture. (keep in mind I am still learning different hair textures and will be willing to work with you on reference pictures and offer discounts to avoid the “POC tax”)
6.1.b - Any Original Species Organic/Original species
6.1.c - Own Characters/OCs Your own characters / Original Characters
6.1.d - Simple backgrounds
6.1.e - Work on previously commissioned art pieces (I.e. adding more details, turning a sketch into a completed illustration.) Work on previously commissioned art pieces (I.e., adding more details, turning a sketch into a completed colored illustration)
6.1.f - Fan Art of media that I am familiar with
6.1.g- NSFW of ADULT characters (mentally physically and emotionally)
6.1.h- Some light Mecha (I struggle with robots but am willing to make an attempt. Wheelchairs and mobility aids DO NOT COUNT as mecha.)
6.1.i- Wheelchair and mobility aids (Although I will be in contact with you for reference photos and may offer discounts as to avoid the “disability tax”)
6.1.j- Props, weapons, clothing design. (If it gets really complex, I reserve the right to charge more for this.)
6.1.k Semi complex backgrounds (I will discuss with you any additional payment beforehand..) I will discuss with you any additional payment beforehand.
6.2 - I will not draw/ I am unwilling to draw the following: I will not draw / I am unwilling to draw the following:
6.2.a - Fan art of media that I am unfamiliar with
6.2.b - Harry potter or media created by discriminating individuals
6.2.c - Hate art, art that is meant to harass or disparage any particular groups or persons.
6.2.d - Complex Backgrounds
6.2.e - Alter anyone else's artwork
6.2.f - Design logos> 6.2.g - Questionably aged characters, lolis, shota, children in indecent positions/situations
6.2.h- Very complex backgrounds or background only scenes.
6.3.i- Buildings7.0 Important Notes7.1 - I reserve the right to turn down any commissions for any reason.
7.2 - Any changes made to the Terms of Service or Prices, whilst working on a batch, will not affect said batch of commissions.
7.3 - Referring back to 4.7 - Under no circumstances may you use my artwork for NFT, AI training/usage or commercial use
7.4- Artistic Freedom. I love freedom but keep in mind sometimes I get paralyzed by choice. I want to make sure that you are absolutely happy with your piece! However, I also need to be mindful of my time and work.
7.4.a- You are allowed up to 5 free revisions before I start charging you extra for the revisions. (Exceptions for depictions of skin color, hair texture and mobility aids)
7.4.b- If you allow me artistic freedom, please note that I may follow-up frequently with questions or to verify what you are hoping to receive my work. I want to ensure you receive a final product that you are happy with.. 7.5.c- If a project reaches a point of near completeness and you want to start the project completely over, I reserve the right to either charge you for creating a new work plus the work I have already done, or canceling the work all together and keeping the payment already completed
