The client retains full ownership of the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial use only.
The artist reserves the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio, on their website, and in promotional materials for self-promotion purposes only.

For Commercial Purposes:

The client is granted a license for commercial usage of the commissioned artwork, subject to the terms outlined in the agreement.
The artist retains the copyright of the commissioned artwork and reserves the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and for self-promotion purposes, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon.
