I reserve the right to refuse service if the requested work goes against my list indicated subjects I am not comfortable with drawing. No NSFW requests!
All sketches and process work will legally remain mine until the full price is paid, after which the sketches, process, and final work's legal rights will be transferred to the client.
The client is free to use their commissioned image however they so choose whether I agree with the use or not.
In case of extreme conflict in which a resolution cannot be met from both parties after deliberation, I reserve the right to discontinue further service.
