General Information
Please give these a read before commissioning me, as they will give you a rundown of what's expected and how things work.
If you have any questions, of course, feel free to reach out!
Deadlines & Turn-Around Times
I tentatively accept some commissions with deadlines (ex. gifts). However, there needs to be at least a week before the desired deadline!
Typical commissions take no more than 1 - 2 weeks to complete. However, life does happen. If you're waiting an extended period, I will keep you updated!
Refunds
If you need to cancel a commission (for any reason), please send me a note. As long as I haven't started / completed your commission, your refund will be sent promptly.
In the event that you've requested a commission that I'm unable to complete, you will be refunded.
Commission Requests
Please be sure to provide details or references for the character you're commissioning!
If you're unsatisfied with your commission when it's completed, I will keep the files for up to a week after. Please let me know promptly if you'd like edits to it!
Work in Progress (WIP)
You can check my Trello for my commission to-do list. It will also show you stages of completion.
If purchasing a highly customized pixel, I will always check in with you with the template "sketch" to ensure shape and features are to your liking before starting the coloring process.
Miscellaneous
I always have the right to decline your commission. // this is here to cover me, but does not happen very often!
By default, I reserve the right to post your art anywhere (including art platforms) to promote myself. If you have an issue with this, please let me know at the time of your commission(s)' delivery, and I'll make sure to make a note and delete the files.
I WILL NOT draw political subjects, gore (bones + blood are OK), and vore.
Commissions will resemble their templates; feral forms only! No humans!
Copyright / Watermark / Credit
I will NOT remove the watermark for any pixel commission finished, and would consider it a violation if you removed my watermark for any reason. It's always in a spot where it doesn't cover anything on the art.
When using your commission offsite, a link back to me is NOT necessary, but is always appreciated! <3
You are NOT allowed to use the commission in any commercial way (any way that earns you money), such as selling prints, using the artwork in a game, printing it in an artbook, etc. The only exception to this is if you sell your character's art collection in the future and this is in that batch - then that's your discretion.
