I have the right to reject a commission if there is fair reason to do so.

Any art that is made as a commission is art that I may use in a portfolio. No art that is made for a customer will be used commercially (by myself) at any point. If you would like to use at that I make for you commercially, please ask for permission first.

I do not give away originals. Pieces are scanned and sent to the customer.
Money MUST be paid upfront. If, for some reason, I am not able to complete your commission, your money will be refunded.

The customer is entitled to progress reports and screenshots if they wish.

I require references before I draw anything.
