The client will be responsible for providing sufficient reference and description for the project, including pose, costume, and physical appearance.

The artist will provide visual updates at the following stages, as applicable: Initial sketch, tightened lines, finished lines, and colors.

The client will give feedback and the artist will make adjustments accordingly.

Any major revisions past the second to last stage may be subject to additional fees--if the revisions require major redrawing.

Cancellations and refunds are processed on a case by case basis and may be subject to partial fees.
