TOS for commissions.
Terms of Service for Portrait Illustration Commissions:

By commissioning me you agree with my terms of service.

Art commissioned is for personal use only and never to be used for commercial purposes, meaning you are not allowed to sell it or use it for money-making purposes.

-Although inform me if you intend to do so, keep in mind there will be additional fees.

You may repost the art commissioned but only with credit to me. Do not, in any way, claim that the artwork is yours.

Refunds will only be issued by me, the seller. You are not allowed to ask for a refund in the middle of the commission. A refund will only happen if an incident happens wherein I cannot complete your commission on the specified deadline, in which case I will definitely notify you as soon as possible.

On the other hand if you are not happy with the outcome of your commission, while I am not going to refund you, you are free to tell me changes during the creation process. I will send progress shots for each stage. Please send me as many details as possible to avoid any complications during the creation process. All progress shots will be watermarked and the resolutions will be smaller than the original.

Any lower than the base prices are unaccepted. The prices stated on the commission sheets are final. You are allowed to tip but do not push me to lower my prices for you.

You can pay me whole upfront or pay me a down payment of 50%. I will only give you the original, unwatermarked version of the artwork once you have paid the remaining 50%. I will only start working on your commission once I have received payment. Please pay within 3 days of the invoice being sent. Payment is only through PayPal.

Failure to abide by these terms will result you in being blacklisted by me and you will not be allowed to use my services or use any of the art you may have previously commissioned from me.
