Payment for projects will be due after a concept sketch has been drafted and approved. Refunds can be offered any time up until the line art is finished. The first 5 alterations to a project in any given stage; line art, base color, and detail/painting will be done free of charge. A fee will charged for additional alterations which will be determined by the amount of time and labor to execute. Highly detailed pieces will be subject to a complexity fee based on the additional time to execute. A progress statement can be requested at any time and provide within 24 hours. Furthermore, a progress statement will also be provided before progressing into the next milestone; at which point approval is required. Quotes, questions, and other queries can be requested anytime for no additional charge.
