Defining the project will be a back and forth. We can revise portions during the process of creating the artwork, but there are no free revisions after the project is complete.

Payment is as usual for commissioned art, 50% before and 50% after the project is complete. You will not receive the finished artwork if the latter half isn't paid.

Reproduction rights - This will vary by commission. Ultimately, I keep the copyright to the artwork and you receive the artwork for personal use. If the artwork is for business or other commercial purposes beyond this transaction, we will need to lay out a formal contract to determine how the artwork will be handled.

No refunds after deposit. The money goes towards time spent on the artwork and materials, if applicable.

Termination - Should you wish to terminate a commission, you will not be refunded after deposit. I am entitled to keep the contents of the artwork, and am not obligated to send you anything developed for the final piece. Termination is helpful if you know you do not want the final piece, or even before the initial deposit has been placed - it saves me time. Please, do not wait to terminate a commission if you have already decided to.
