● DepravationCP's Terms of Service :

GENERAL
Please read this part carefully and accept them before work with me.

• I have every right to refuse a commission. There is a chance if I cannot draw well your character
• Provides me with a finished character design, which means has been designed by you (has been drawn by you or other artist), has full references and not separated images from different sources. If not, I'll charge the design fee.
• Each additional character will be charged the same price as a single person's drawing (eventhough they're on the same canvas).commission composition, maximum characters in one canvas are 2.
• Hi-res files will be send through email and temporarily uploaded on Google Drive, please save your commission results as soon as possible.

● PAYMENTS
• Upfront payment, right after I'm done checking the references and confirming your commission order.

● REVISIONS
• Major Revision can only be done in the sketch phase.
I only do 3x revision for free. Pose revision can't be made after proceeding with lineart.

● DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
No deadline, so please be patient. But I'll finish it as fast as I can. There is no additional fee to speed up the deadline because I prioritize the quality of the commission results.
No Tight Deadlines. Depending on my RL situations, queue, and the complexity of the commissioned piece. Estimation of the work depend on the queue, it can take up to 2-3 months. Please be patient and consult for works with deadline.

● USE
• Both personal and commercial works are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency. Please take a note that I won't takes Commission for NFT purpose!
All commissions that are used for Youtube, Twitch, or any broadcasting platform will be charged commercial fee. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand; extra charges or royalties will apply for commercial projects.
Feeding any of my art to AI is strictly prohibited.

●INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• The commissioner cannot use any art of mine for commercial purposes or edit the art without my permission. • My art is for personal non-profit use only.
• The commissioner can post my art freely and/ use as profile picture icon, as long as there's with proper credits.

● REFUNDS
• Refund and Cancelled is not allowed.

● COMMUNICATION
• Communication will proceedin this site or via twitter/instagram DM or e-mail.
• Don't hesitate to ask me if you have any questions regarding the commission.
• I will regularly update my commission progress in my Work Queue and notify you if there are any delays.
If there's no replies in a week for the confirmation for the waiting list, the commission order will be considered Cancelled.
