Terms of Service (Copyright & Usage Policy)

Copyright & Ownership
- As the artist, I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over all commissioned artwork, even after the final piece is delivered to you. This means:

• You are not allowed to copy, trace, modify, edit, redraw, or use my work as a base for other creations.

• You may not upload or distribute the artwork on third-party platforms without my written permission.

Unauthorized Use Is Strictly Prohibited
You may not, under any circumstances:

• Sell, resell, redistribute, print, or reproduce the artwork in any form without a proper commercial license.

• Use the image on physical or digital merchandise (e.g. shirts, prints, stickers, books, NFTs, etc.) without obtaining explicit written permission and paying a commercial use fee.

• Upload my artwork to AI tools, datasets, or machine learning platforms.

Personal Use Only (Default License)
Unless we explicitly agree otherwise, all commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• Use the image as a profile picture, banner, or decoration on personal social media accounts.

• Share the image publicly as long as I am clearly credited as the original artist.

• Display the artwork on personal websites, blogs, or galleries as long as they are not monetized.

Commercial Use Requires a Separate License
If you intend to use the commissioned artwork for any commercial or monetized purpose (including but not limited to: streams, merchandise, content creation, branding, advertisements, etc.), you must:

• Discuss this with me in advance.

• Pay an additional fee for a commercial usage license.

• Receive written confirmation and terms of that license from me.

Artwork Protection & Enforcement
I reserve the right to:

• Decline any commission request that violates my policies or makes me uncomfortable.

• Revoke usage rights if my work is misused, stolen, edited without permission, or used in violation of these terms.

• Publicly share the commissioned work in my portfolio or social media, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Important Note
Commissioning a piece does not mean you own the artwork or its copyright. You are purchasing a license to use the image under specific terms — not the intellectual property itself. Full copyright transfers and exclusive usage rights can only be granted under a separate agreement and additional fees.
