Process:
Please put "commission" in the subject line, when using email.
If you have some references (design, colours, mood, anything that you want to see in your art really), please submit them with the email, it will help me better understand what it is exactly that you want to see in the final image as well as better calculate the final cost.
After I accept you make the advance payment and the work begins.
You will receive regular updates (Skype, email, Steam) and your approval will be required to continue. Changes can be made at any point.
After the work is done you make the rest of the payment and I send you the source and merged files.

Turnaround:
Usually from 1 week to 4. This is best determined on individual commission basis (complexity of the task) and my schedule.
It may be possible to do under 1 week, but this is discussed individually.

Payment:
We discuss the price, based on level of detail, resolution, deadlines, etc..
I accept Paypal or bank transfer.
50% advance payment and the rest upon completion.
Don't forget to ask for details before making the payment!

Terms:
1. Credit me when you upload it wherever, a link to my DeviantArt, Tumblr, Facebook or ArtStation pages is always welcome.
2. No refunds, except if you withdraw prior to me beginning the work after the initial payment. For the duration of one month from the second payment, small changes can be made free of charge.
3. Prices can be different than base price, depending on such variables like desired level of detail, the image size etc. I'll discuss it with you before accepting the job.
4. Short deadlines increase the price!
5. Please inform me beforehand if you're going to be unavailable for review for an extended period of time.

Upon completion you are given the source psd file, with as many layers intact, as possible, and a jpg/png merged image.
The source psd file has 4200x5800 pixels, slightly bigger than A4, resolution.
