When buying a commission by me, here or anywhere you must here by my terms.
When commissioning me for a custom character, I do not permit you to put your own TOS on a character that you have commissioned from me as a custom. The art and character is still done by me, and I would rather that people come to me before reselling the character, to prevent a fuss.
You may never place a TOS on art work I have made.
Poses, headshots, etc can be included on character sale without informing me, You must tell me who the art now belongs to so I may inform them of my TOS to prevent future dramas.
My artwork may not be used on Worlize. Or places that are a 2D/3D site other then Chatlands. You may reupload on deviantart, furaffinity, etc as long as you provide me with credit for the artwork!
