PAYMENT:
Payment happens after them initial sketch is complete. If we're both satisfied by the work, I'll either continue on with painting or I will clean up the sketch for you to have and expect payment before doing the last steps.

CLIENT USE:
You, the client, are allowed to post your commission as anywhere you deem fit. I just ask that you please give me credit. You are also welcome to modify your commission as you will it.

ARTIST USE:
Unless otherwise specified, I, the artist, am allowed to post your commission on social media as well as use said commission to further promote my work and my brand.

LEGAL:
All commissions for nsfw art must be legal in your area, and I’m not responsible if they aren’t; if you are a minor, I’m not responsible for distributing porn to you. I’m assuming that all commissions and all viewers are over 18, and that all characters are over 18. By agreeing to a commission, you agree to hold me unaccountable for any legal concerns you might have. You have the right to submit the commissioned art as long as you, the commissioner, credit me as the artist, preferably by linking back to my work on one of my various blogs. When paying, do not send money as a gift. If you intend to use my work on anything other than your own blog or content, such as on printed things (as in, anything professional) we’ll need to have a usage agreement.
