Default canvas size is A3 (300dpi) in PNG. Let us know what kind of orientation canvas you would like (landscape/portrait). You can also ask for a different canvas size.

Major revision (such as pose, angle and expression) only in sketch/colored-sketch with 3 revisions as the maximum limit. After the client approves the sketch, we will work on the lining art, coloring and finishing. Caution, if within 2x24 hours client does not respond, we'll continue the work ourselves. Client can no longer ask for any major changes.

Refund only happen if we cannot deliver within the due date. Please don't deliberately slow down the response so that we deliver your request late (read point 5)

Minor revision is allowed in base color and additional effect (such as addition or lessen the sparkle, flower, pattern, lighting) with 3 revisions as the maximum limit. Send me some additional reference if it's needed.
