PAYMENT
* Payment via PayPal.
* I prefer upfront payment. However, if this is a problem for you, please contact me so we may reach a compromise.
* After your commission has reached the end of the initial sketching stage, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. If you want a refund, please make sure I didn't start your commission yet.

COPYRIGHT
* You will not remove my signature from any of my art and/or redistribute my art in any way without my written authorization.
* You may not edit or alter the image without my written authorization. You may also not take the image to another artist to be altered or completed in any way.
* You will always own the rights to your own character, but I retain the copyright to the image itself (so that I may post it to my portfolio). Unless you have purchased commercial rights from me.
* I can only accept projects that include characters that you own the copyright to or have permission to use.
* The commissioned image is for personal use only. If you want to purchase a commercial license, please contact me so we can come to an agreement!
* The commissioner is free to use the image (with given credits) on their personal web pages and profiles.

REVISIONS
* I will gladly do any small revisions, and no drastic revisions that force me to have to start the drawing over etc (unless the commission is in very rough stages to begin with.)
* If you've changed your mind about an element of the drawing that would involve a lot of reworking, then we can discuss the revision at extra cost.

OTHER
* I will notify you when I've started your commission and will keep you updated with WIPs!
* I reserve the right to change my terms and conditions at my own discretion.
* I reserve the right to change my commission prices at my own discretion (Please note: any in-progress commissions at the time of the price change WILL RETAIN the original, agreed-upon price.)
* Please note that I am not an unreasonable person, and you are always allowed to contact me about anything are not sure about.
