1) This is a transaction for a piece of watermark-free digital art; there is no hard copy.

2) Commissioners have all rights to use the image for anything, including commercial. The commissioner may NOT, however, sell the piece of digital art on its own.

3) I have the right to post images in my gallery and/or porfolio.

4) Commissioner may not claim to be the artist of the image.

5) Commissioner will NOT be refunded after the image is completed.
