-I will not draw: Extreme depictions of graphic violence, sexualization of minors, sexually explicitly material, or hateful images. Non-explicit NSFW, violence, body horror, etc. will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. I hold the right to refuse commissions for any reason.

-Listed prices are subject to change based on complexity of a piece, at my discretion.

-The client will receive check-ins at the following phases for approval: Sketch, Lineart, and Flats. At these check-ins, critique is accepted and will be taken into account. Failure to respond to check-ins in a timely manner can result in a cancellation of the commission.

-No significant changes to pose or design will be allowed after the lineart is completed.

-I retain all rights to the artwork, including rights to resell the artwork or use it as an example to acquire future work. The client retains rights to their respective characters and IP.

-The client may NOT profit off the artwork in any way, including (but not limited to) making merchandise containing the artwork, reselling the digital file, or reselling the rights to the image.
