Refund Policy
1. If you wish to cancel the commission before payment, there are no repercussions. The commission will be cancelled and no further action needs to be taken.
2. If you wish for a refund before beginning any work, a full refund will be provided.
3. If you wish for a refund after beginning any work, a percentage of the refund will be provided at my discretion based on how much work is done. 
4. If you wish for a refund after the commission is completed, no refund will be provided.

Part I ⁠— General
1. I reserve the right to refuse your commission without reason or explanation. 
2. Inappropriate/aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I will stop the commission. 
3. Lack of contact may also be grounds for me stopping the commission.
4. You must read, understand, and agree to all the terms. By continuing with the commission and going forth with the payment, you have agreed to the above terms.
Part II ⁠— Payment/Prices
1. All prices are in GBP.
2. Prices are subject to change according to addons, complexity, and/or detail of the piece.
3. Full payment takes place immediately after I accpet your commission. 
4. Payments must be made on either my ko-fi page or my Paypal.
5. All invoices are required to be paid in full.
6. Individual payment plans can be made after the £100 threshold. 
7. If the commission is needed by a specific deadline that is communicated to the artist in advance, the artist may apply a fee at their discretion.
8. Final prices are non-negotiable.

Section III ⁠— Process/Deadline/Communication
1. You provide clear and concise references/descriptions of your character(s) in order to avoid confusion. 
2. Any written text or communication must be in English please be specific with your descriptions however I have Autism and being clear will help us both out.
3. Quotes may be provided at the client’s request. They do not represent the final price. They are only an estimate at the time of sending and can be changed at any point in the future at the artist’s discretion. 
4. I work with Traditional resources if you request any changes during the sketching process. Please say so, before the point of no return once I begin the colouring process.A fee may be applied depending complexity of the change.
5. You will receive a hi-res version and a watermarked version, I will be keeping the original however for portfolio purposes.

Part III ⁠— Rights
1. The commissioned piece may NOT be used for commercial purposes and cannot be redistributed or reproduced. You may NOT make any profit off my art, this includes but is not limited to digital prints, physical items, etc.
2. I retain all rights to the piece of artwork itself, including the right to make any merchandise.
3. Removing any watermarks is a violation of these terms.
4. I retain the right to crop, edit, or alter the image for promotional use.
5. I do not claim any rights to any intellectual property or the character(s). 
6. you may not alter or edit the art itself unless agreed upon by me.
7. If permission has been obtained from me, the piece of art may be reposted to platforms of your choice so long as full credit is given to the me.
8. You may not claim the commissioned piece as your own in any way, shape, or form.
9. The commissioned artwork may not be resold.
10. I am is not responsible for providing you with a physical object, print, merchandise, etc. of the artwork.

Will draw:
Bust, Midbust, Horses, Birds, Snakes, Fish (not counting Octopuses, Sharks, Dolphins, Squids, ones with shells you get my drift), SFW, Couples, Straight/Gay/Lesbian art (In a tasteful manner), Exos (More complex there's a separate category for Exo related commissions)

Won't draw:
SMGs, hand cannons, auto rifles, pulse rifles, sidearms, grenade launchers, rocket launchers, Children/Minors, Incest, Beastiality, Guardians with a helmet on (Just makes things harder for me and the added element is something I find off putting), Furries, Cabal, Fallen,Vex, Mecha, excessive gore/violence, dismemberment, skinless animals or people, biff men, overweight people (I'm not comfortable with it), fetish art (this includes inflation, vore, excrement, foot fetish, crushing, chicks with dicks, mpreg) and lastly Full bodies (It's not something I am confident in drawing but one day these commission add ons will be available)
