As an artist, I agree to create the work detailed in the survey by the client:
_ With your character(s) (in case of more than one order).
_ By digital means.
_ In the dimensions of height and width (3500x4000px).
_ Color palette (if it was previusly specified).
_ I will only start working after receiving the payment.
_ Each time a payment is made, the corresponding proof of payment (receipt) must be sent to me.

Property:
a. The illustration is the property of the artist Cateni, so she can publish it (or not) in her socials as part of her portfolio or commission example.
b. The client cannot prohibit the above, but can ask for anonymity or a short period of time before publication (to be agreed).
c. It is a co-ownership of the illustration, between the client and Cateni (see “Commercial use”).

Compensation:
a. Commission: Client shall pay the Artist a total commission of [Total Commission]. payable as follows: half in advance and the other 50% upon delivery of the completed commission.
b. Additional Revisions: Beyond the (1) included revision, additional revisions will be charged at US$2, to be agreed upon prior to commencement.
c. Expenses: Any expenses related to the creation of the Work, such as materials, framing or shipping, will be reimbursed by the Client upon presentation of receipts.

Commercial use:
a. Commercial Rights: If the Client intends to use the Work for [commercial/personal] purposes. For commercial use, the Artist will receive a royalty of [10%] of the gross profits directly attributable to the Work.
b. Reporting: Client agrees to provide quarterly sales reports and remit royalty payments within 30 days of the end of each quarter.

Termination:
a. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by either Party by written notice if the other Party breaches any of its obligations under this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within 6 days of receipt of notice.
b. Force Majeure: Neither Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if prevented by a Force Majeure Event (such as a natural disaster, war, pandemic or other unforeseeable event beyond the Party's control).
