Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms listed

PAYPAL ONLY

All commissions must be paid in full upfront 

I have the right to decline any order 

Once received you can not request a refund for little to no reason

If I do not receive payments within a reasonable amount of time (24 hr) I can cancel the commission 

Reference images must be clear (no describing the character) 

Customers are able to see the wips (work in progress) if they ask for it 

I will cancel the order if I am rushed

The customer may cancel the commission but only when it is in sketch stage 

If the customer's account is removed or they change the username without 

       informing me I can decline (Notify me when you change your username)

As the artist I still have the rights to the piece and can display it on any website

If customer wants to display the piece they must give proper credit 

I own the rights to the artwork created. You may use it however you please but you cannot claim it as your own, resell for profit, or trace it.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use

unless agreed otherwise, print the art, claim the right of their character but not the drawing itself, use the artwork to promote themselves but with proper credit.
