ABOUT PAYMENTS:

1- All commissions must be paid in full before starting the work and once the budget has been established.
2- Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted.
3- I can give WIP in case the artist asks about some detail regarding the commission.
4- The time to complete can be up to a minimun of 7 days and maximum of 2 month, depending on many factors, for example: health, complexity of the application, work or family issues. Given the circumstance, you will be informed immediately, once the established limit has been exceeded, the corresponding refund will be granted.
5- I do everything possible to satisfy my clients, however, once the work is completed, approved by the client and delivered, NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED.
6- In case any change is required once the work is delivered, additional charges will be added.
7- If the client approves the Sketch and later regrets it and decides to change once the process is approved, the Sketch will be charged again.
8- Payments will be established only through PayPal.
9- The prices are established and will only be established in US dollars USD.

ABOUT COPYRIGHT POLICY:

1- AS AN ARTIST: I have all the rights to the drawing produced; therefore, I can use the artwork protected by copyright to:
- Position myself in any place or site.
- Post content with him on any social network or website, etc.
2- THE COMMISSIONER: You may use the copyrighted work of art only for personal use unless otherwise agreed:
- Print the art (for personal purposes) and claim the right to your characters, but not to the drawing itself.
- Use art to promote yourself by giving proper credit to the artist.
3- THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
- Reproduce / commercially use graphic material protected by copyright. (That is, make money in some way with it). Unless you have acquired the commercial rights.
- Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Elimination of watermarks / signatures.
- Altering the artwork without the artist's consent.
4- THE PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS ON THE WORK WILL HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST SUBJECT TO EVALUATION ESTABLISHED BY THE ARTIST.
- With commercial rights, you can carry out any type of merchandising with the artwork.
- Use it in books, covers, social networks, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it.
- Credit is still required for the use of the artwork, even if it is altered or edited.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

1- I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission money
at any time.
2- If the client cancels the commission during a not so advanced process (for example, sketching, clean line art), only half of the payment will be refunded.
3- You do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund under any circumstances once the art is in advanced process (for example, during painting, shading, and so).
4- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have done for you will be withdrawn and I have the right to sell the copyrighted work of art to new buyers.
