I'm usually pretty relaxed about terms of service. But there's a distinct difference between checking up on your art piece and harassing me about it. If you harass me I'll give you a warning to stop and if you don't I'll cancel your order.

If you're not sure what you'll get out of me and are uncomfortable paying up front I'm willing to do a basic sketch of what you want and then show it to you so you know what your getting and then you can pay me if it's what you want, but that's only if it's a genuine cause of anxiety.
