• The Client may request a custom commission by providing a detailed description (with references) of the desired artwork.

• I will refuse any request that I consider inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.

• The payment for the commission will be agreed upon in advance and must be made according to the terms agreed between me and the Client. Payment may be made in installments or in full, as discussed.

• The artwork will only be started after the initial payment.

• Payment for artworks and commissions will be made via PayPal.

• Prices may be adjusted based on the complexity of the artwork, the estimated time required, and other relevant factors.

• The delivery deadline for commissions will be agreed upon between me and the Client before starting the order.

• I will strive to deliver the artwork within the agreed timeframe, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may arise. The Client will be notified in advance if any delays occur.

• The Client will be entitled to a limited number of revisions during the creation process of custom artworks. The number of revisions will be one major and two minor revisions. This number can be discussed. (Revisions can only be made before the artwork is finalized.)

• No refunds will be issued for completed or shipped artworks.

• The Client agrees not to use the artwork for illegal or harmful purposes. I will not be held responsible for any misuse of the purchased works.

• The Artist is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the misuse of the purchased artworks. The Client assumes full responsibility for the use of the artwork.
