During the conversation with me, I ask you to preserve your culture. I also ask you not to write to me about your problems, I am not the right person for such conversations. I can talk about casual topics, but my English sucks!

✦ General ✦

✦ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

✦ Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

✦ Please do not rush me!

✦ Payment ✦

✦ All payment should be in USD or PLN via PayPal. I will send an invoice. For Polish customers via BILK or bank number.

✦ ​I require payment before starting your commission.

✦ I do not give refunds unless I cannot complete your commission.

✦ You may ask for a full refund if no progress has been made three months after payment is received.

✦ I very much accept tips! However, please note that tips are completely voluntary and non-refundable!

✦ Each correction after an approved sketch costs 2–5 dollars.

✦ Copyright and Usage policy ✦

✦ Prices are for personal use only; no commercial use allowed. You may not profit from the art, sell prints or products, etc. You can make prints for personal use.

✦ You may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

✦ I retain all rights to created artwork. I reserve the right to repost finished commissions on my social media or use them in commission samples. They will be watermarked and have their quality lowered to protect them from theft.

✦ You are welcome to upload your commission to social media, as long as you give me credit for the work.

✦ I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of the original price. With commercial rights, you are allowed to:

Make any sort of merchandise with the artwork.

Use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited. There are no exceptions to this.
