the general rules I have for my comission work are as follows

1. Please keep communication consistent I need to know what is needed to be done and it will keep me working on your said commission

2. I have an agreement form that must be signed so it shows that both the client and myself are in understanding of what is needed to be done and what payment is agreed on

3. A %20 non refundable payment of thew price agreed on is required for me to start. this covers me if you decide you change your mind and it also stops you from having to pay a full amount for possible unfinished work if you suddenly change your mind. But this also allows me to walk away from a cancelled commission with nothing and wasting time when I could of worked on another clients work.
