1. The client provides clear and detailed instructions on the desired character design.

2. The designer works on the project according to the client’s specifications and sends the project result within the specified time.

3. The designer owns the copyright and intellectual property rights of the original character design.

4. The designer has the right to display the character design in their portfolio, or social media platforms unless otherwise agreed.

5. The client pays according to the agreed fee

6. The designer provides revisions only during the sketch process. Revisions beyond the limit will incur an additional fee.

7. The designer and the client agree to communicate and cooperate professionally and respectfully throughout the project. Any issues that may arise will be resolved peacefully and in good faith.

8. The client agrees to the things that the designer cannot draw, such as: Mecha, Detailed Armor, Hard Gore, and Animals

9. The client should send a message to the designer first before starting the project together.
