I'm Akira, a trans male working in British healthcare as a student/volunteer. I don't normally reveal the fact I'm trans to people, but I wanted to avoid confusion as my PayPal has my dead name in it. I generally find that people treat differently when they find out I'm trans, so I never disclose that info unless asked.
