Prices are in USD.

Payment is due in full up front for any orders equal to or below $30.

Larger commissions will have a sketch approval stage (3 Free Sketches; $2 for every sketch after). I will not begin doing the lineart or coloring until the sketch is approved.

You may cancel your commission at any time and a partial refund for work not done will be given to you. The refund amount will be decided by me. If I have not yet started the commission you will receive full refund.

You may not resell or make profit off my art.

Prices can be negotiated. I reserve the right to change my prices and charge extra for complicated characters. I will let the commissioner know what I consider "complicated."

I have the right to cancel at any time, providing an explanation to you as to why I have canceled. A full refund will be given of course.

You may display the commissioned work on any website (icons, profile pics, etc.) , physical form (poster), and personal use as long as you credit me and link back to my deviantArt/Tumblr/Facebook/A&C profile etc.

If for some reason I am unable to accept your work, have any possible delays, or any other issues that happen I will inform clients as soon as possible but always attempt to do the best that I can do to make it in the estimated delivery time.

If you wish to use it for commercial purposes (i.e indie game, advertisement) please message me first.

I will probably display your work as an art sample, but if you do not want me to, just let me know and I won't.

I have the right to refuse your commission if you refuse to follow the above-mentioned terms.
