●ORDERING AND PAYMENTS
YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE TO PLACE AN ORDER.
The order must be placed through the Google form or failing that, an Email with the specifications that you see in the same form. If I accept your order, you will have to wait for me to send you an invoice via Paypal. Please be patient, do not pay before it or it will be interpreted as a tip.
Once payment is made you are accepting the terms and conditions written below, so it is VERY important that you read carefully.
The order must be made through the Google form or failing that, an Email with the specifications seen in the same form.
The references of your character must be in good quality, accurate. You can provide information about it (This would facilitate my work in case you don't have an idea in mind of how the final work will look like).
In case you are not sure about the actual design of your character and you need to change some feature, it is admissible and I can change it even if it is not visible in the reference. However, this will NOT be possible if the changes you want to make are too drastic (i.e. if you have wavy hair, change to straight hair/ a new costume created from scratch, etc.)*This clause does not apply if the commission is a character reference or an adoptable.
* Why via Email? Simple, Instagram/Twitter tend to degrade the quality of the references and that hurts me in interpreting the character and performing the service.
●OUR RELATIONSHIP
You, the client, are hiring me, Alfamingo, as a freelancer to create original artwork. I am free to provide my services to others during the completion of your Service. Upon completion of this Service, you will be awarded the final Work. You are not purchasing a physical or digital good.
REMEMBER : I am a human being just like you and therefore, I may have personal problems and/or force majeure (unavoidable tragedy such as : flood, fire, etc/ power or internet outages, moving, physical or emotional discomfort for which I depend on a health professional, among others). Likewise, I can also suffer from Artblock, lack of motivation or inspiration while I am working on my assignments.
You and everyone else can see the progress of orders on hold or in progress via Trello.
Please do not write me daily to ask if I have started or finished with your order. That influences my mood and ends up stressing me out. Don't worry, I didn't let anyone down in the more than forty commissions I placed. The order will undoubtedly arrive.
●I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS
I do not accept refunds. The reason is that, by accepting an order from you, I am denying the possibility to someone else who wishes to be part of the people selected for the list of available orders that I will take when I open my commissions.
Also, if I feel that I cannot or circumstances do not allow me to fulfill your commission for whatever reason, I will refund your money in full.
●PAYMENT AND PRICES
My payment method is Paypal (USD).
To start with the commission, it is necessary to pay the full amount of the service. I do not make "word of mouth" commissions, that is, if you order, you must pay for it to be accepted and added to the list of commissions to be made.
If you can pay a percentage of the total amount of the service to reserve your place in the list of clients and I will start the work when you make the full payment.
Depending on the conditions of the assignment you request, the price may vary. For example, if your character has a detailed design, you will have to credit a surcharge (indicated in the price list).
If you are ordering a commission, it means that you agree with the present prices.
●WAITING TIME AND WORK IN BETWEEN
Making a commission of any type, (For example: Full Body) can take up to 10 days of work on that piece alone. So, you can expect to wait 13 weeks (or more, depending on the complexity of the orders that are on hold like yours).
Remember ; "I am free to provide my services to others during the completion of your Service" (You can read it in "Our relationship").
Within the activities that I consider as work, are included :
*Outstanding commissions.
*Adoptables.
*Content to maintain the audience of my networks such as: Fanarts, DTIYS, etc.
*New samples of my work for commission pricing.
*Maintenance of my social networks and updates on them.
If I have not yet started working on your order, you can request to change your character or send me a new reference of your character (if you have made any changes).
Do not contact me daily to ask if I have started or finished your order. That influences my mood and ends up stressing me out. Don't worry, I didn't fail anyone in the more than forty commissions I made. The order will undoubtedly arrive. Also, you can access my previews via the Trello link.
*Some of these details do not apply to people who have paid for priority delivery.
●DELIVERIES
If you placed a regular order without the surcharge for the commercial use license, I will send you a Sta.sh folder or an Email with the signed artwork.
If you paid the order with the commercial use license included, I will send you a Sta.sh folder or an Email with the signed artwork in 2 different sizes, including the original size (my canvases are originally around 6000x6000 pixels) and in addition, a transparent version (if it is a drawing with white background).
●COMMERCIAL USE RATES AND DELIVERY PRIORITY
The commercial use fee is understood as %30 of the total amount of the agreed commission. *The only type of commission that does not need to pay the fee is the 2D Vtuber Models (as it is included in the total price of the product).
The delivery priority fee is %20 of the total amount of the agreed order. This fee will give priority to your order over any other I am currently working on, but this does not accelerate my ability as an artist to have the drawing ready for tomorrow, for example. Either way, you will become first in line.
*There is no commission of any kind that brings this fee paid in full price.
