This is one of the most important ones, please be sure to read it all, before you email me.

Payment and Refund

Once we have agreed on characters, it’s time to pay, I do understand that some people have insecurities with trusting someone with money or being cheated. I therefor only require at least 60% up front! I will start woking on your commission, I do however require the rest after a basic sketch is done. That means that if you want more WIP’s they won’t be heavily watermarked and you can enjoy your art in progress.

If you want to pay everything up front you’re allowed to do so as well, this will speedup my process and that will give you the finished picture faster.

If you for some reason choose that you do not want me to draw the picture anyway, and you have already paid the 60% or everything, I can only provide you with the 40%. Meaning that I will keep the 60%. This is simply because you took my time while I might have been able to work on someone else commission instead. So to say, the 60% is for time and resources. This means, please be sure you want to commission me before you send off the payment.

I’m sorry but I do not accept excuses such as; My pet needs to go to the vet, and I therefor need the money back.

I reserve the right to say no to a commission, if I’m too busy or I simply do not feel like drawing what you offer. Please don’t let this put you off though.

Working Procedure

When I've finished a rough draft sketch of your commission, I will send it to you and ask if you want any changes. If you're not satisfied with how the picture is coming along and want changes, please let me know and I will fix these.
Any bigger changes must happen in the sketchfase. If you say you're satisfied, I will begin the lineart and will no longer be able to make bigger changes.
If you’re unsatisfied with the end result I'm willing to make minor changes, but all larger changes will need to happen during the sketch.

Commissions are my main way of income, however I am still in school, and therefor sometimes pictures might be delayed, due to busy school work. I work on art as often as possible, but please be sure to expect a month when I’m very busy in school. I will write and inform you of this!
You will however most likely receive a rough sketch at least a few days to a week of paying. It is often coloring that take the longest.
If I have commissions before yours, I will let you know that it can take much longer in busy months. But I try to get around to commissions as soon as possible, especially rough sketches .

You’re always welcome to contact me if you want to see how far I am with the commission, and if you wish to see a WIP. However if I do not reply right away (within a few days), don’t think I forgot or put you off. Sometimes I have difficulties getting around to check my mail. This is mainly if I’m very busy with school work, otherwise I check it daily.

If you’re generally the impatient person, please consider commissioning another artist. I do take my time with my art, since I want to make sure both of us will like it.

Nsfw art

I do both draw nsfw and sfw art. These might not be submitted to my main gallery, however they will be found on my tumblr. And if you wish to keep it private I will just send it to you via mail and no one will see it.
Please be sure to check out my “What I draw” list first though, since I don’t draw anything that’s nsfw related. I have the right to say no if I find the subject too disturbing for me. Or if I see great difficulties to draw it.
