Here’s the TLDR;

Sketch first > If Client likes it > FULL payment first before the piece is finished;

Any revisions will be charged accordingly while the piece is being worked on;

Please don’t cancel a job once you’ve paid.

Revisions are only permitted if the job hasn’t been paid yet.

Communication between client and artist is very important so please immediately inform me of any inquiries.

Please avoid any rude behavior during requests.

Payment:

Extra Cost (10% of the total cost) if you want the commission to be private (Except if the artwork was provided as a sample)

Additional Fees to any complex parts of the artwork

$60 Extra if the artwork is going to be used as a commercial piece (i.e. thumbnails, ads, banners, etc.)

What I don’t draw…

Muscular Characters, Gore.

Job Slots are only allocated for ONE character.

Additional Characters/Details will be charged and lengthen the worktime.

General Process:

Once I received the client’s description of their character and has provided necessary details/reference photos I will;

Draw a rough draft of the illustration and preview it to the client.
Will proceed with the FULL PAYMENT after receiving an “OKAY” or the client has approved of the design.

During the process (Line art, Color, etc) I will show the client the current progress of the artwork for reviewing.

I will ask for revisions during this point of the process till the client is satisfied. (Revision Fee will vary depending on the degree of changes) Communication with the client is paramount at this point, quicker responses, quicker results.

Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use will be charged $60 extra.

I will post my commissions on my social media as samples while being watermarked and resolution lowered. Making the illustration private will cost 10% extra of the total fee.
