By commissioning me you are AGREEING to my terms of services and are bound to FOLLOW and RESPECT them:

• Artwork MUST be fully paid for before being posted on social media, unless it includes my watermark.

• Mass reproduction of the artwork, 25 or more units, MUST first be discussed and agreed upon, especially if reproduce to be sold.

• Clients will keep all intellectual property over PAID artworks of their characters/ worlds/ concepts. I, as the artist, hold my rights over all personally drawn interpretations of the artwork and therefore am allowed to use any commissioned piece for personal non-profit use. (i.e. for my portfolio, websites, social media, etc.)

• Clients are allowed to negotiate terms involving posting of PAID artworks on social media by the artist

• ANY UNPAID artwork posted and used outside the terms and agreements made between the client and me will be considered STOLEN and will be flagged.

• I, as the artist, have the right to refuse providing services to any job that I deem inappropriate to be made under my label.

• I, as the artist, am not liable for any harm or offense caused by artwork that has been considered COMPLETED by the client.

These terms and conditions are in effect once I decide to accept the job. I hope these terms are acceptable to you and I look forward to working with you!
