Job Details

Hello. I am looking for somebody to draw a character in an anime style. 

The character needs to be a male with long hair. Further description provided upon acceptance. 

It's really important that the project be a PSD file, where segments of the character are in their own layer. 

I need to be able to animate limbs, fingers, hair, eyes and etc - so having them on separate layers is super important.
