YOUR PURCHASE IS NOT FOR YOUR PROFIT. It cannot be redistributed or reproduced for your profit. It is for your personal use such as creating it as your header or icon or a print out for your own belongings such as a mug, pillow, or shirt.
YOU CANNOT EDIT OR RETOUCH THE ART PIECE. You cannot edit or replace or retouch the piece. This includes (but isn't limited to) changing of hair color, eye color, skin color, changing the color palette, or genderbending the character.
YOU MAY CROP THE PIECE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE. You do not have to include my signature to make it as your header/icon.
DO NOT REMOVE THE WATERMARK/SIGNATURE. Give credit where credit is due if you cropped out the signature. If you're posting it as a whole piece, you do not have to give me credit, but it would be appreciated.
I WILL NOT DRAW THINGS I AM NOT CONFIDENT DOING. This includes anatomically correct/realistically drawn animals, mecha/machines, explicit content (includes fetish), anthropomorphic characters.
I WILL DRAW ANYTHING THAT I CAN. This includes fan art of your ship/favorite character/fandom, crossover fan art, your OC... basically anything human-looking regardless of the genre (witch, sorcerer, medieval knight, 1940s people, etc).
YOU HAVE TO PAY HALF THE PRICE BEFORE I START YOUR COMMISSIONS if you're not comfortable paying the full price. We can discuss this further on email. Paypal allows this invoice so we can do that instead.

I CAN POST THEM ON MY SOCIAL MEDIA. It's a way to promote myself and showcase what I can do. OCs will have watermarks on them so they can't be stolen.

I CAN USE THEM FOR MY PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO. I am a professional artist and I would like to expand my professional portfolio. The work I do for you counts as a freelance work.
