Good value for money, the artist was willing to make all the requested changes and the art quality is good. It was a little unfortunate that it took a month for the picture to be completed, but other than that, I can't complain.

When I first hired PhantomWorks, the artist basically drew a carbon copy of a picture I submitted for reference. When I mentioned I was not happy, they put another artist on the job. Though it took longer than estimated, it was very much worth it! I would recommend them purely on their customer service alone, but the art was well done too!

great artist, we have a few communication snafus but he was cordial and calm so even though we had problems the process was smooth and the results amazing.

Some communication delays but worth the wait, just be very clear when sending images as to what is inspiration and what is to be copied as one piece is a little different from asked but still looks good and overall very pleased.
