CHRIENTMIP TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL
Chrientmip is a professional anime art commission studio. By placing an order, clients agree to comply with these terms. Our services include character illustrations, design sheets, chibi art, emotes/emojis, and mascot designs. We reserve the right to refuse commissions violating our ethical standards or copyright laws. Use of our artwork for NFTs, AI training, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in blacklisting.
2. PAYMENTS
- Full payment required upfront before work begins via Artist & Clients
- For commissions exceeding $200, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures booking, with remainder due before delivery
- Rush fees may apply for expedited services, subject to artist availability
3. REVISIONS
- Unlimited revisions during sketch phase
- After sketch approval:
- Standard Commissions: 2 free minor revisions
- Complex Commissions: 4 free minor revisions
- Extensive Projects: 5-6 free minor revisions
- Additional minor revisions: $10 each
- Major changes after sketch approval: Custom quoted fee
- Minor color adjustments possible during coloring phase
- Post-completion changes may incur additional fees
4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Standard turnaround: 1-2 weeks for single characters, 2-4 weeks for complex pieces
- Rush orders available for additional fee, subject to artist availability
- Final files delivered via Artist & Clients in high-resolution JPG and PNG formats
5. USAGE RIGHTS
5.1 Personal Use
- All commissions include personal use rights (social media, profile pictures, personal websites)
5.2 Commercial License Options
Indie/Small Business: +50% of base price
* For creators/businesses with revenue under $100,000
* Limited to 500 units per design
* Credit required ("Artwork by Chrientmip")
Medium Business: +100% of base price
* For businesses with revenue under $500,000
* Limited to 2,500 units per design
* Credit required in description/credits section
Corporate: +200% of base price
* No unit or revenue limitations
* Credit required in credits/legal section
5.3 Additional License Terms
- All licenses are worldwide, perpetual, and non-exclusive
- No-credit option: +25% of license price
- Source files available for additional fee
- Specify commercial use during commission request
- No unauthorized modifications or AI-related use permitted
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Chrientmip retains copyright of all artworks created
- Clients receive non-exclusive license for agreed-upon usage
- Clients retain rights to their original character designs
- We reserve the right to use commissioned work in portfolio and promotional materials unless NDA signed
- Private commission option available for additional 15% fee
7. REFUNDS
- Available only before sketch approval
- No refunds after sketch approval
- If we cannot complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, partial refund based on work completed
8. COMMUNICATION
- Via Artist & Clients messaging system
- Alternative contact methods:
- Clients expected to respond within 72 hours to updates
- Extended inactivity (14+ days) may result in commission cancellation or rescheduling
9. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES
- Confidentiality: We protect your information unless permission granted
- Force Majeure: Not liable for delays beyond our control
- Dispute Resolution: Issues addressed through Artist & Clients first, then arbitration under Indonesian law
- Terms Updates: We may amend terms without notification; check periodically
