The works are only for personal use and not allowed for commercial purposes
Different range of prices will be quoted for commercial purposes
Client are not allowed to resell or trace the works (unless with permission)
Additional cost will be imposed upon major alterations requested by client
Minor alterations allowed in sketch draft is 2 times
No rush orders to ensure quality of the product
