Failure to comply with these terms will automatically ban you from future commission windows, adoptable sales, and any raffles/events I may hold.

Furthermore, as the original artist, I retain the exclusive copyright to my work, and am the sole person who can determine who can or cannot display it. I reserve the right to block and/or deny individual(s) the right to display my artwork as deemed necessary.

My ToS supersedes any prior ToS that the commissioner may have.
