-- ...reserve to post the commissioned artwork online, in social media, my portfolio, and any future publications.

[ You (the client)… ]
-- ...retain rights to the intellectual property (IP) depicted in the artwork, if it belongs to you.
-- ...may upload the commissioned artwork on any social channels as long as credit for the piece is given.
-- ...may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (such as reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints for sale, and so on).
-- ...may NOT alter the artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.

[ Process ]
-- Message me either through stutterbun@gmail.com or my Artists & Client’s page. Let me know what you’re looking for (bust/half-body/full-body, sketch/line art/base color/full color).
-- In the initial message, please give me as much information as possible on your character! Ideas include demeanor (happy, smug, melancholy, so on), references (other art, game screenshots, face claims), and detailed descriptions (any details not included in provided references). This will help me depict a more accurate portrayal of your character!
-- When the sketching stage is complete, I will send it for approval. Another approval will be sent at the end of the line art and base color phases. These will be of lower resolution and include a watermark.
-- The time it takes to finish your commission will 1 week to 3 months. If anything comes up that may hamper this time frame, you will be notified as soon as possible.
-- When finished, you will receive a digital, full-resolution image (300dpi, upwards of 3k-4k pixels). On request, I will include a web-friendly sized file for no charge.
-- If there is a change that needs to be made after you have previously approved it, there will be a fee to change it. The amount of the fee depends on how large the change is.

[ Payment ]
-- Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a commission slot, and have sent you an invoice for payment.
-- Payment will be done through PayPal, with USD (United States Dollar) at stutterbun@gmail.com.Commissions can be paid up front (100%), or split with 50% up front, and 50% after sketch approval.
-- If you cancel before I start the commission, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, if I am unable to start your commission, you will get a full refund.
-- If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all of the previously mentioned rights to the commissioned piece, and I have full right to profit from the piece in any way. The chargeback will be declined, and PayPal will be provided with our conversations as proof of work. This will also come with a blacklist from commissioning me again.
